Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have a question to pose to the forum. Given all
the discussion on
what should have been known concerning 9/11 and
what was known in
different compartments within the Intelligence
Community, there is
still a basic problem facing the entire IC and law
enforcement
communities, namely how do we approach the search
within the legal
guidelines established by Congress and the
President with respect to
privacy and respect of religion.
