1. How can you do CI without being discriminatory? Most countries have one
race, one language, one nationality, etc. In the U.S., there are many in
each category.

2. The CIA, FBI, DIA, and NSA all require a college degree. OPM announced in
1981 that a college degree are not required. So, every year, military
veterans with over 20 years of service to the country have to compete with
recent college graduates who have MA and Ph.D. but fewer working
experiences.
