What does Deutch's pardon cover?

Just what is it that Dr. D's pardon covers?  He's been, AFAIK, neither
indicted nor convicted of anything that the pardon might cover by
implication.
OTOH(*), he was under investigation for at least two broad collections of
naughty
acts at CIA and at DoD.

Was there any specific language associated with the pardon?  If not, is it a
blanket get out of jail card for any and all crimes, misdemeanors, traffic
violations and general faux pas committed before 2001-01-20?  If there was
specific language,
can DOJ still get him for security or other transgressions not spelled out
in the pardon?

On a related note, has anything come out on the origins of the Morison
pardon?
