Tim [Hunter],
Can you tell us who James Manship is? After thirty plus years in the
business, and a former dealer in out of print espionage books, I can find no
reference to this name within the context of the Navy (or espionage). I also
checked about six reference and the internet. Who is he? Of course, I am not
a Mensa, or I would probably know.
Note Bay of Pigs was CIA approved by State operation, not Navy. USS Liberty
was NSA directed approved by State. Pueblo was approved by State. In fact,
all such operations have a State approval or they do not go.
Want to provide us with all the State Debacles, including the continued
disrespect for foreign countries by such acts as appointing female
Ambassadors and senior officers in certain Arabic countries where such an
act is considered offensive?
