Julie-ann Davies writes that British intelligence
agencies "have a long history of not liking each
other, (putting it mildly)."

John Macartney writes "ACCORDING TO THIS
(VERY UNCONFIRMED) REPORT, the Kursk was
sunk by a missile accidentally fired from another
Russian warship."

MY QUESTION: Do Russian warships have a
long history of not liking each other?
